Park Rules

General Rules

All Vehicles must have current registration.
No more than 2 vehicles per RV lot.
No washing of RV or cars on site.
No trailers in parking spaces.
No parking in neighbors lot.
Keep yard tidy so mowers can mow efficiently.
Potted plants are allowed but cannot be buried directly in the ground.
Sewer hose support required for all lots.
Permission required for all patios or decks.
Patio/deck must be removed by resident at time of vacating the lot.
Satellite dishes allowed but only anchored to your RV/Tiny Home or sit on top of ground.
Speed limit is 5 MPH.
Quiet hours are 9 Pm to 8 Am.
No obnoxious smells or noise from your RV or Tiny Home.
Tie your trash in a plastic bag before disposing of it in a dumpster.
All boxes must be broken down before disposal.
No large items such as furniture, appliances, etc… allowed in the dumpster.
Illegal Wifi downloading is strictly prohibited.

Pick up pet(s) waste.
No more than 2 dogs per lot.
Excessive noise from pet(s) will not be tolerated.
No Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers or Chow Chow pet(s) allowed unless they are a registered service dog.
Your dog must be leashed when not in your private yard or dog park.
Pick up your dog waste within the dog park.
Do not leave your dog unattended in the dog park.
